Software Developer — 9/8/08

Experienced software developer needed to develop and maintain software that supports business processes throughout the organization. This hands-on position at our main office in Purcellville, Virginia requires experience in the following:

• Experience with Visual Studio 2005 is required
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET 2.0 or .Net 3.0, SQL, ADO, Reporting (Crystal or Microsoft)
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005
• General Knowledge of ASP.NET, VB.NET, and XML
• General knowledge of telephone technology.
• Membership, accounting, and/or fund-raising software experience a plus.

Must have a minimum of five years programming experience with at least two years of Microsoft C#, .NET 2.0 or 3.0, and Microsoft SQL Server. Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) and/or Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) certifications a plus. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and work well under pressure. Position reports to Database/Telecommunications Manager. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. at our Purcellville, Virginia office.
